Balram Das, Counsel for the Appellants have on 01.12.2015 filed seperate Applications for substitution to bring on record the LRs. of deceased Respondent No. 13, namely Mukhtiar Singh, in C.A. No. 3262 of 2014, Respondent No. 3, namely Mela Ram, in C.A. No. 3263 of 2014, Respondent No. 20, namely Girdhari Lal, in C.A. No. 3268 and Respondent No. 8, namely Balwant Kaur, in C.A. No. 3269 of 2014. The application for substitutions are barred by time by 2010, 2764, 2087 and 2210 days respectively. Counsel has filed application for condonation of delay in filing application for substitution alongwith application for setting aside abatement. The Applications have been been registered as I.A. Nos. 14 to 25 respectively.

The Applications in the appeals above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this report.
