In SLP(C) No.30999/09 service is complete. All the respondents are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. In SLP(C) No.35535/09 await return of notice. In SLP(C) Nos. 934, 935, 1011, 1315 and 1317/10 Ld.counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time in each of the case to take out steps to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent in each of the case. In SLP(C) No.923/10 it is seen that dasti was served on some of the respondents through their relatives without disclosing whether they are residing
with the respondents. Hence, petitioner is directed to file additional affidavit stating whether the persons on whom the notice has been served were staying with the respective unserved respondents on whose behalf notice was served on them. The remaining respondents are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. In SLP(C) No.1316/10 Ld.counsel for the petitioner has remitted the process fee and spare copy which is bared by 12 days. The delay is explained. Heard. Allowed. Issue notice. Await return of notice. In SLP(C) No.1341 and 2372/10, Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted four more weeks time for filing the proper affidavit as directed by the previous order.
