In SLP(Civil) No.935 of 2010 Respondent Nos. 29, 30, 32 and 34 have refused to accept notice. Hence proper service. In SLP(Civil) Nos. 1341 and 2372 of 2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of dasti in relation to some of the respondents which indicate that show cause notices have been served on the relatives like daughters in law, wives, sons and nephews. The above respondents remained absent also. In the light of the above, the respective petitioners are directed to file a proper affidavit showing that the recipients of the notices are staying in the same residence along with the corresponding addressee respondent.
