Mr. Siddharth Luthra, learned senior counsel has drawn our attention to Annexure P-1 at Page 30-32 of the SLP paper book to argue that the parties have had business relations spreading over nearly one decade and that during this period the Digitally signed by Shashi Sareen Date: 2015.01.14 08:30:57 ALMT Reason: Signature Not Verified

petitioners have paid a sum of Rs. 123,00,00,000/- (Rupees One hundred twenty three crores) and odd to the complainant. According to the statement aforementioned all that remains to be paid to the complainant is a sum of Rs. 7.88 crores (Rupees Seven crores and eighty eight lakhs only) approximately. Mr. Luthra submits that in order to show their bonafides the petitioners are ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two crores only) in the first instance. We accordingly direct that subject to the petitioners depositing a sum of Rs. 2,00,00,000/- in this Court within a period of two months from today the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with FIR No. 247 registered at Police Station Sonepat P.S.Rai, Haryana..
