  • 1 This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife for transfer of HMA Petition No 262 of 2021 titled "Deepak Kumar vs Sonam" from the Court of the Family Judge, District and Sessions Court, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

  • 2 We have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

  • 3 The office report indicates that service is complete, but none has entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent.

  • 4 Having regard to the interests of justice, we are of the view that an order for the transfer of the proceedings is warranted. We accordingly allow the transfer petition and direct that HMA Petition No 262 of 2021 titled "Deepak Kumar vs Sonam" be transferred from the Court of the Family Judge, District and Sessions Court, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
