Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of a letter (proforma of undertaking) filed before this Court on 23.05.2014 undertook to file copies of required documents. In the same letter, it was mentioned that, in the event of failure to comply with the same, the matter be processed in accordance with the rules and guidelines.
