UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We are not inclined to entertain this petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India while the petitioner has a efficacious remedy of approaching the jurisdictional High Court either by filing writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India or intervening into pending matter filed by its union pending before the High Court.

approaches the High Court, we request the High Court to take up the matter and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months.
