We are not inclined to entertain this petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India while the petitioner has a efficacious remedy of approaching the jurisdictional High Court either by filing writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India or intervening into pending matter filed by its union pending before the High Court.
