The special leave petitions have been preferred against the orders dated 26.10.2021 and 07.12.2021 which are just adjournment orders not considering the prayer for interim relief filed by the petitioners. not even interim orders but learned senior counsel for the petitioners points out that for almost two years neither the counter affidavit has been filed nor interim relief being considered by the High Court and about 114 doctors are handicapped on account of the new domicile rule brought into place.

Issue notice on the special leave petitions as well as on prayer for interim relief, returnable on 14.2.2022
