UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
1. Applications for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing official translation are allowed.
2. Delay condoned.
3. Issue notice. Mr. Vishal Arun, Advocate on Record on the strength of Caveat, accepts notice. He is permitted to file counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter.
4. The petitioner(s) is permitted to deposit the amount payable to each of the respondents in their respective provident fund accounts within four weeks from today. The said deposit shall be subject to the outcome of the present petitions.
5. The statement of account of the computation for making the deposit in the provident fund accounts of each of the respondents shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the respondents within the same timeline.
6. List after pleadings are complete.
