Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that she has filed an Application bearing I.A. No.63768/2024 and prays for listing the same before the Hon'ble Court. Office to verify and process as per rules.

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.
