UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel who appeared on the last date of hearing has not filed fresh vakalatnama.

Respondent nos. 2 to 6, 8 to 27, 31,32 and 34 to 37 have filed counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 7 and 30 but none has entered appearance.

As per office report, respondent nos. 28,29 and 33 have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted. However, ld. Counsel for the said respondents has submitted that counter affidavit would be filed during the course of the day. Be filed. If filed, be taken on record else further opportunity stands declined.
