UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 29 have filed counter affidavit. It has been submitted by the ld. Counsel, Mr Danish Saifi appearing on behalf of Mr Sabarish Subramanian, Advocateon-record that there is a change of counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and fresh vakalatnama would be filed. Be filed within one week.
Respondent nos.31 to 40 are granted four weeks' time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.
Service is complete on respondent nos. 3 and 30 but none has entered appearance.
