The appeals above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th July, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The learned counsel for the State of Telengana prays for time for filing further affidavit. Affidavit, as prayed for, be filed within two weeks. List the matters in the month of October, 2015."

Subsequently, the matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3 rd December, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the matters on 13th January, 2016."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that the pursuant to aforesaid order dated 15th July, 2015, M/s. Venkat Palwai Law Associates, Advocates for the State of Telangana has on 12th October, 2015 filed an affidavit with the leave of the Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court..

It is also submitted that pursuant to the Court's order dated 7 th August, 2014. Counsel for the appellants has not taken any steps to amend the cause title in view of the bifurcation of the State of Andhra Pradesh so far.

Civil Appeal No. 4147 of 2004.

There are 14 respondents in the appeal. Respondent Nos. 1-2, 7 and 11 to 14 are represented through M/s. Venkat Palwai Law Associates, Y.Prabhakar Rao and Y. Rajagopala Rao, Advocates. Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 and 8 to 10 have not entered appearance before this Court though served with the notice.

Civil Appeal No. 4144 of 2004.

There are 12 respondents in the appeal. Respondent Nos. 1-2 and 7 are represented through M/s. Venkat Palwai Law Associates and Y. Prabhakara Rao, Advocates. Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 and 8 to 12 have not entered appearance before this Court though served with the notice.
