UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite several opportunities granted to the petitioners in past, as would be clear from the order dated 11.01.2016, the petitioners have not ensured compliance of any previous orders. It is also noticed that on 13.03.2015, this Court passed an interim order of status quo with regard to the possession of the suit property.

Since counsel for the petitioners is again asking for the time to ensure compliance, I grant him four weeks time to remove the defects and ensure compliance, as pointed out by the Registry in the case, but it is subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- by the petitioners to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.

It is made clear that in case the awarded cost is not deposited by the petitioners within four weeks from today, the special leave petition shall stand dismissed qua deceased respondents and his L.Rs. without reference to the Court. In case the cost is deposited as directed and steps are also taken by the petitioners as directed in previous orders within the time given by the Court, the office shall then proceed further in the matter.
