UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

I.A. No. 86693/2022 in C.A. No. 2895-2896/2014, I.A. No. 86694/2022 in C.A. No. 2900/2014 & I.A. No. 86696/2022 in C.A. No. 2901/2014

On 08.04.2021 in M.A. No. 227 of 2018 National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench directed the liquidation of the respondent-Company. The affidavit in support of the application has been affirmed by Sh. Alok K. Saksena, the Liquidator appointed by the tribunal.

The Interlocutory Applications are, accordingly, allowed in the interest of justice.

Let notice be served upon the Liquidator, so appointed who shall represent the Company (M/s. Unity Infraprojects Ltd.). The address of the Liquidator is as follows: -
