UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta, Manager and Ms. Priya Rai, Deputy Manager, ICICI Bank Ltd., TxB, K-1, Senior Mall, Sector-18, Noida-201 301, Uttar Pradesh, India have been authorized to verify the extended Bank Guarantee No.0031BGFD020720 dated 27.1.2020 amended on 4.12.2020 for Rs.44,64,768/- (Rupees forty four lacs sixty four thousand seven hundred sixty eight only) vide letter dated 04.12.2020 by Mr.Aayush Jain, Deputy Manager, ICICI Bank Ltd., TxB, K-1, Senior Mall, Sector - 18, Noida - 201 301, Uttar Pradesh, India. Digitally signed by ASHA SUNDRIYAL Date: 2021.01.30 12:02:52 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

Authorization letter has been produced. Self-attested copies of their Identity Cards, Aadhar Cards, PAN Cards have been produced to establish their identity. Hence, the Bank Guarantee No. 0031BGFD020720 dated 27.1.2020 amended on 4.12.2020 for Rs.44,64,768/- (Rupees forty four lacs sixty four thousand seven hundred sixty eight only) has been valid upto 06.01.2022 is accepted.

The original Bank Guarantee be sent to the Accounts II Branch for keeping the same in safe custody. A copy of the same also be kept on record.

The appellant shall renew the Bank Guarantee at least one month before 06.1.2022 (if not discharged before that by the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India). In case, such renewal is not done within the stipulated time, the matter shall be placed before the Hon'ble Court with an appropriate office report.
