UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Abhay Kumar, Deputy Manager, ICICI Bank Ltd. Sector 18, Noida, U.P. is present personally for verification of the Bank Guarantee. Mr. Abhay Kumar has been authorised to verify the Bank Guarantee No.0031BGFD020720 dated 27.1.2020 for Rs.44,64,768/- (Rupees forty four lacs sixty four thousand seven hundred sixty eight only). Vide letter dated 29.1.2020 by ICICI Bank Ltd., Mr. Abhay Kumar, Deputy Manager, K-7936 and Ms.Saumya Sahu, Deputy Manager, S-13499 are authorized to sign the aforesaid Bank Guarantee. Statement of Mr.Abhay Kumar, Deputy Manager has been recorded. He has produced selfattested copies of his Bank Identity Card issued by the ICICI Digitally signed by Anil Laxman Pansare Date: 2020.02.22 11:12:02 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

Bank Ltd., PAN Card No.BQTPK5961J issued by the Commissioner of Income Tax and Aadhar Card No.249305889801 issued by UIDAI to establish his identity. Hence, the Bank Guarantee No.0031BGFD020720 dated 27.1.2020 for Rs.44,64,768/- (Rupees forty four lacs sixty four thousand seven hundred sixty eight only) valid upto 6.1.2021, is accepted.

The original Bank Guarantee be sent to the Accounts-II Branch for keeping the same in safe custody. A copy of the same also be kept on record.

The petitioner shall renew the Bank Guarantee at least one month before 6.1.2021 (if not discharged before that by the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India). In case, such renewal is not done within the stipulated time, the matter shall be placed before the Hon'ble Court with an appropriate office report.
