Issue notice subject to the condition that the petitioner furnishes bank guarantee of Rs.44,64,768/- issued by the ICICI Bank/HDFC Bank within a period of two weeks from today in the Registry of this Court.

In the meanwhile, there shall be an interim stay of operation of the impugned order of the High Court.
