Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the affidavit of valuation could not be filed as directed vide Order of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers dated 30.09.2016 since he was suffering from illness.

In the circumstances, further extension of two weeks' time is granted to effect compliance thereof.
