This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. Sanand Ramakrishnan, Advocate on 13th April, 2015 against the Judgment and Orders dated 20.11.2014 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.P. No. 14891 of 2010 (Z).

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special leave petition have been filed. There is delay of 46 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and delay of 90 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 210 of 2015 entitled SAJID KHAN vs L RAHMATULLAH & ORS. arising out of common order was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 09.1.2015 , when the Court directed issue notice and the same is pending (Copy of order dated 09.01.2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The applications in the matter abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
