UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay condoned in view of the review application.

Applications for exemption from filing C/C/ of the impugned judgment and exemption from filing O.T.are allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a per the policy at page 131, compensatory leave is given but not monetary benefits. In this behalf he has drawn our attention to page 163 where a representation was made, dated 25.05.2012 seeking such monetary benefits with a financial burden of Rs. 1.5 crore and that representation was rejected on being examined by the Maharashtra Government, at page 166. It is submitted that the petitioner has to work in accordance with the norms of the State Government.

Issue notice.

A copy of the order to accompany notice.

In the meantime, the amount stated to be deposited by the petitioner be not released, if not already disbursed.
