Respondent No.6 in Civil Appeal No.2248 of 2013 and Respondent No.4 in Civil Appeal No.2249 of 2013 are represented through Mr. Abhinav Mukherjee,Advocate. He has also filed short reply affidavit. Respondent No.8 in Civil Appeal No. 2248 of 2013 and Respondent No.5 in Civil Appeal No2249 of 2013 is represented through Mr. Naveen Kumar, Advocate. Civil Appeal No.1509 of 2013

It is submitted that there are three Respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 are represented by Ms. Niranjana Singh and Mr. Navin Chawla, Advocates. Certificate of service in respect of Respondent No. 2 is awaited. Original Record has been received from Tribunal and same is available for reference.

It is further submitted that counsel for the appellant has on 12th April, 2013 filed application for permission to file additional documents with affidavit alongwith Annexures A-9 and A-10, which is registered as I.A. No.1.

Civil Appeal No.1525 of 2013

It is submitted that there are three Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Respondent No.1 is represented through Mr. Navin Chawla, Advocate. The counsel for the appellant has not filed process fee and spare copies of civil appeal therefore Notice of lodgment of petition of appeal could not be issued in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Civil Appeal No.2017 of 2013

It is submitted that there are three Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Respondent No.1 is represented through Ms. Niranjana Singh, Advocate.
