UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
IA No. 267501/2024 (FOR APPROPRIATE ORDERS/DIRECTIONS)
The learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the Court should clarify that the interim order passed by this Court on 3rd March, 2025 will not apply to respondent nos.5 and 6. We, accordingly, clarify the said order and state that the interim order dated 3rd March, 2025 will not apply to respondent nos.5 and 6. This aspect should have been brought to the notice of the Court on 3rd March, 2025. The learned senior counsel appearing for the said respondents prays for deletion of their names. He is relying upon an order passed by the National Green Tribunal. After a copy of the said order is placed on record, we will consider the prayer for deletion of respondent nos.5 and 6.

The Application for impleadment is allowed. The amended cause title be filed within a period of one week from today.
