UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R By way of order dated 19.09.2016, the respondent was directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 16 Lakhs in the Registry of this Court. According to the respondent, though the deposit was attempted to be made, there was some technical objection from the Registry and hence, the deposit could not be made. It is submitted that the respondent is ready with the money today. 2 The respondent is directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 16 Lakhs before the Registry of this Court within three days from today and the Registry shall invest the same in a nationalised bank in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit, initially for a period of six months and thereafter to be renewed from time to time till further orders.
