The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.09.2016 with an office report dated 16.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Respondent is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.16 lakhs as ordered by the high Court within four weeks from today and file proof thereof in the Registry before the next date of listing. List the matter on 18th October, 2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the sole respondent was required to file proof of deposit a sum of Rs. 16 lakhs but counsel has not filed the same, so far.

It is again submitted that no settlement report has been filed by the parties so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the sole respondent has not cured the defects in additional affidavit so far.

It is lastly submitted that Ms. Prerna Mehta, Advocate has on 05.10.2016 filed application for permission to file additional documents alongwith Annexure R1R3 and same is being circulated with this office report.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
