The application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition (Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 9922 of 2015) was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 01.07.2015, when His lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. Delay of 121 in refiling the Special Leave Petition is condoned."

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 4797 of 2013 arising out of same FIR was listed was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.07.2013, when the Court was pleased to direct the issue of notice. The matter was again listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22.07.2013, when the Court was pleased to stay the operation of order dated 22.07.2013 passed by the Special Judge Patiala, Punjab in the matter titled as State versus Ravi Inder Pal Singh Sidhu and Ors. in FIR No. 24 dated 30.04.2002. Copies of the record of proceedings dated 05.07.2013 and 22.07.2013 are enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. The Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 4797 of 2013 is pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 9041 of 2012 arising out of the same FIR was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.11.2012, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same as withdrawn. Copy of the record of proceedings dated 21.11.2012 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
