The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.08.2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"The application for substitution is allowed subject to just exceptions.

Delay condoned.

Issue notice on both the special leave petitions.

In the meantime, status quo, as of date, shall be maintained."

It is submitted that in SLP(C) No. 20960/2013 as directed above, cause title has been amended and included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) No. 20960/2013 name of respondent No. 15 has been transposed as petitioner vide Order dated 25.11.2013 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Accordingly, cause title has been amended and included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) No. 26294/2013, name of respondent Nos. 2 to 50 have been deleted vide Order dated 16.09.2013 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Accordingly, cause title has been amended and included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the above order and after condonation of delay in filing process fee & spare copies of SLP in SLP(C) No. 20960/2013 and after deletion of names of respondent Nos. 2 to 50 in SLP(C) No. 26294/2013 vide Order dated 25.11.2013 & 16.09.2013 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dated 25.11.2013 & 16.09.2013 respectively, show cause notice was issued to respondent Nos. 1 to 14 & 16 to 19 in SLP(C) No. 20960/2013 and respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 26294/2013 on 06.12.2013 and 28.10.2013 respectively by regd. A.D.

Service position of each matter is as under:-

SLP(C) No. 20960/2013:-

It is submitted that there are 19 respondents in this SLP. Mr. Tarun Gupta, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 (Official Liquidator) but has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly signed by respondent Nos. 5 & 6 and letter of acknowledgment of receipt of notice by respondent No. 10 have been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Respondent Nos. 15, 8, 9 & 7 have been transposed as petitioner Nos. 43, 44, 45 & 46 vide Order dated 25.11.2013 and 13.10.2014 respectively. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, 11 to 14 and 16 to 19 are petitioners in SLP(C) No. 26294/2013.

SLP(C) No. 26294/2013:-

It is submitted that there are 50 respondents in this SLP. Mr. Manish Kumar Bishnoi, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 (Official Liquidator) but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Name of respondent Nos. 2 to 50 have been deleted vide Order dated 16.09.2013 of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

It is further submitted that separate applications for impleadment to implead the applicant as party respondents (regd. as I.A. No. 7 in SLP(C) No. 20960/2013 and I.A. No. 5 in SLP(C) No. 26294/2013) were lastly listed before Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 18.01.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Since the learned counsel appearing in support of the applications for impleadment submits that his client has participated in the proceedings before the High Court, these applications will taken up along with special leave petitions."

It is submitted that I.A. Nos. 7 & 5 as well as counter affidavit filed alongwith an application for permission to file counter affidavit filed alongwith above applications on behalf of the proposed applicant, represented by M/s. Equity Lex Associates, Advocates, have been placed with respective SLP paper books.

Service is complete in both the matters.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
