Mr.Basava Prabhu S.Patil, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants states, that he has been authorised to make a statement to this Court, that the entire process will be completed within a period of two months. The statement made by Mr.Basava Prabhu S.Patil is taken on record.
