UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Delay condoned.
- 2 We have heard Mr Sajan Poovaya, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants and Mr Mahfooz A Nazki, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents.
- 3 It is common ground between the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, that in pursuance of the directions that were issued by this Court on 22 February 2021, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh has passed an order today i.e. on 15 March 2021, finally disposing of the application for interim relief preferred by the first and second respondents.
- 4 In view of the above position, the present Special Leave Petitions which arose from an ad-interim order of the High Court dated 15 October 2019, will not survive any further. The appellants or any other party aggrieved would be at liberty to pursue their rights and remedies in respect of the order dated 15 March 2021 passed by the Single Judge of the High Court before the competent forum.
- 5 The Special Leave Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
