Mr. Guntur Pramod Kumar and Ms. Manisha Ambwani, learned Advocate-on-Records, accept notice on behalf of the respective respondents.
Considering that there are large number of respondents in the case, let notice be effected (a) through paper publication in the leading newspapers of Telugu language having wide circulation in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and (b) through the counsel who represented the respondents in the High Court.
In the meantime, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, as it exists today.
