UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R ........L.......I...............T.......T.......T.......T.......T.J .SP2 In pursuance of the order passed on 28th January, 2002 a report has been received from the Additional Designated Judge, Court No.3, Ahmedabad who is trying the criminal case. Therein it is stated inter alia that arguments have been heard in part and the Court will make an endeavour to complete the hearing and pronounce the judgment as soon as possible. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since large number of accused persons are involved in the case, arguments may not be concluded within a short time. It may take about three to four months. In the circumstances as at present we are not

persuaded to accept the petitioner's prayer for bail. However, if there is delay in disposal of the case by the trial court it will be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after three months.

The SLP is disposed of.
