It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Mr. Chirag M. Shroff, Advocate has filed an application for impleadment to implead the applicant as party respondent in the matter above mentioned and he has also filed vakalatnama/appearance of the propsed respondents the same is registered as I.A. No. 4.

It is further submitted that there are seventy one respondents in this matter. Mr. Rashmi Kumar Manilal, Vithlani, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16 to 18, 20, 21, 23 to 27, 29 and 30 to 33.

It is lastly submitted that Ms. Sumita Ray, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 37 to 51, 53 to 74 alongwith power of attorney but the same is in vernacular language and he has not filed translated copy of power of attorney hence vakalatnama/appearance may not be take on record.

The application in the appeal above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for Orders with this office report.
