UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice on Interlocutory Application No. 4 of 2014, returnable in eight weeks.
Dasti**, in addition to the ordinary process, is permitted.**
Mr. C.A. Sundaram, learned senior counsel for original sellers (respondent Nos. 1 to 4 herein) states that the entire FSI of the subject plot has been consumed and now no more construction is to be made on the subject land and as regards B-1 and B-2 towers although construction is complete, finishing work is to be done.
We record and accept the above statement made by the learned senior counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
After service of the application on the respondents, the matter may be considered for further interim relief.
