Issue notice returnable in the month of October 2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to Annexure P-1, which is the judgment dated 31.12.1953 passed in Original Suit no. 243/1 of 1952, and submits that the petitioner claims her title and right to occupy land from Talari Yenkaiah. status quo with regard to the possession.
The petitioner will place on record photographs of the area/property in question. The photographs will be taken within two days from today.
