UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned Solicitor General appearing for the petitioners prays that he be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioners to file a review petition before the High Court limited to the question as to whether the Constables, who had passed High School, could have been asked for completion of training irrespective of the fact that they were entitled for same pay scale as was granted to the Constables and upheld by the High Court. Prayer is allowed.
