The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 31.03.2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, in First Appeal No. 845/1991.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 520 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the said delay.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for bring on record the Lrs of deceased Respondent No. 1.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has mentioned in Para 1A of SLP regarding Substitution as here under:

"The application for subtitution for some of the deceased respondent in the above matter has been allowed by this Hon'ble Court while issuing show cause notice in SLP(C) No. 3803 of 2016. It is submitted that the present SLP and SLP(Civil) No. 3803 of 2016 are connected matter as award impugned before the High Court in the present matter has also been challanged by the land owners in SLP (Civil) No. 3803 of 2016. The legal heirs of the Bhanwar Singh deceased respondent have already brought on record by this Hon'ble Court in SLP (Civil) No. 3803 of 2016. therefore there is no need to file separate application for substitution in the present SLP."

It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (c) No 502/2017 arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.01.2017 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice & tag with SLP(c) No. 3798/2016 and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 4.01.2017 is enclosed. (Main matter is SLP(C) No. 3798/2016).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report. Dated this the 19th day of January, 2017.
