" Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent nos. 12(i), 12(ii), 29(i) to 29(vii), 34(i), 40(i), 40(ii) within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to furnish fresh and complete address of respondent nos. 45(iii), 45(iv) within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

Respondent nos. 39(i), 39(iii) have refused to accept the notice, as such, their service is deemed to be complete but none has entered appearance.

Application for substitution of legal representatives of deceased respondent no.39(ii) may be filed, if so desired within three weeks time. Registry thereafter to process under rules. None appears for respondent nos. 45(i), 45ii), 45(v) and 45(vi) despite due service.

List again on 6.1.2017."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps to effect service on respondent Nos. 12(i), 12(ii), 29(i) to 29(vii), 34(i), 40(i), 40(ii) hence notice could not be issued.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished fresh and complete address of respondent Nos. 45(iii), 45(iv) hence notice could not be issued.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed any application for substitution of legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos. 39(ii) so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 12(i)12(ii), 29(i)29(vii), 34(i), 40(i)40(iv), 45(iii)45(iv).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
