The I.A Nos. 24 and 25 were listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chamber) on 28.7.2016 with office report dated 18.05.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" List the matter after two weeks."

It is submitted that Mr. P.N Puri, counsel for the petitioner has on 1.8.2014 filed an application for deletion of respondent No. 18(who is expired) from the array of parties along with application for exemption from filing death certificate, stated therein that Lrs. of deceased respondent No. 18 is already on record as respondent Nos. 19 and 20. The same is registered as I.A Nos. 24 and 25 and are included in paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also filed applications for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased respondent No. 12 along with applications for condonation of delay in filing substitution and application for setting aside abatement. He has also filed application for exemption from filing death certificate. The said applications are registered as I.A nos. 2629 and are are included in SLP paper books.

It is again submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased respondent nos. 34, 45, 39 and 40 along with applications for condonation of delay in filing substitution application and setting aside abatement as there is delay of 2318, 264, 4948

and 273 days respectively. He has also filed application for exemption from filing official translation of death certificate. The said applications are registered as I.A nos. 3033, 3437, 3841 and 4245 respectively are are included in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 4.8.2016 filed application for deletion of respondent no. 43 i.e. Leshna from the array of parties. The said application is registered as I.A No. 46 and is included in paper books. He has also on 4.8.2016 filed application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent No 29 along with application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application, application for setting aside abatement and application for exemption from filing death certificate of deceased respondent no. 29. The said application are registered as I.A No.4750 and are included in paper books.

The applications in the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chamber) with this office report.
