UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

SLP(c)No.28036 of 2011

Application for substituting legal representatives of the deceased respondent nos. 12, 34, 40 and 45 is still defective.

Also the application for deleting the name of respondent no. 18 is defective.

Petitioner to cure the defects in these applications. Whereafter the same shall be processed as per rules.

With respect to respondent nos. 29 and 39, petitioner has to take steps for substituting the legal representatives as the notice has been received with the remarks 'expired'.

For respondent no.43, petitioner still to furnish the fresh address.
