UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Heard Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicants. Also heard Mr. Naushad Alam, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.16- Sri K.L. Anantha Padmanabhasa, one of the contesting respondent and Mr. Ashu Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1- Swayam Prabha**.**

Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the concerned parties were arrayed both in the trial court and also in the High Court and that is why they were impleaded in the present proceedings. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although they were parties but they had never appeared in the proceedings either before the trial court or in the High Court.

Considering the above, the Interlocutory Applications for deletion of the parties named therein stand allowed, at the risk of the petitioners.

Necessary correction of the cause title be made accordingly. IAs are disposed of as above.
