UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. B. Balaji,advocate who appeared on behalf of the State on two earlier occasions and sought time for filing Vakalatnama and counter affidavit has not filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit even now inspite of last chance granted. The record reveals that notice has not been served on the above counsel. Since the standing counsel appeared voluntarily and Vakalatnama is not filed even now, I am not treating it as complete service. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve notice on the standing counsel for the State and file proof. List the matter on 23.1.2013.
