UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Nobody is present for the M/s Delhi Law Chambers who have filed an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.7. Such application is defective. Registry is repeatedly directed not to list such applications before the Court. If any such application is defective, it is to be treated as not filed at all. In view of such fact, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for appropriate orders regarding abatement of the matter against deceased respondent no.7.

Though petitioner has disclosed proper address of respondent No.2 and amended the cause title as per Court's order dated 11.1.2011 and 25.1.2011, petitioner has failed

to confirm service of such respondent No.2. There is an interim order protecting the possession of the petitioner since 15.3.2010.

As last chance, let there be fresh notice with additional dasti service on unserved respondent no.2 which is permitted to be served through the standing counsel of the concerned State or through the ld. Advocate who has filed appearance for respondent no.1. If process fee and spare copies are not supplied before 30.7.2011, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for non-prosecution. If supplied, issue notice as per above order.

List again on 30.9.2011.
