UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Having heard Mr. Ravindra Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate, appearing for the petitioners and having gone through the impugned judgment and order(s) passed by the High Court as well as the Appellate Court and the learned trial Court, we see no reason to interfere with the same in exercise of powers under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
