UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
For the time being, hearing of these matters is deferred till 11.11.2021, to be taken up at 2:00 p.m. to enable the State of Kerala to file a better affidavit, especially to deal with the issue on rule curve and about the correct approach in that regard.
The State of Kerala to file affidavit on or before 08.11.2021.
Advance copy thereof be made available to the learned counsel for the opposite parties.
It will be open to the parties to file affidavits/pleadings through e-filing before the next date.
To assuage the apprehension of the parties we place on record, for the time being, the parties will abide by

the water level notified by the Expert Committee.
Needless to observe that it will be open to the Committee to review its decision from time to time including on hour to hour basis, if the situation so warrants.
