| W.P(C) NO. 28 of 2008 is thoroughly misconceived and is | ||
| dismissed. | ||
| Heard learned counsel for the States of Tamil Nadu and | ||
| Kerala. | ||
| Prayer is made for grant of four weeks time for filing further | ||
| documents, if any, and for the purpose of denial and admission of the | ||
| documents. The latter exercise shall be undertaken before the concerned | ||
| Registrar of this Court. Time as prayed for is granted. | ||
| Six weeks' further time is granted for the purpose of filing | ||
| evidence by way of affidavits. The matter shall be listed in the third | ||
| week of July, 2008 for fixing a date of hearing. |
