The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 23.11.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Service upon respondent Nos.4 to 7 and 10 to 12 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Copy thereof be served upon the opposite party.

Counter affidavit of respondent Nos.2 and 3 is awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time, as last opportunity. Copy is served herein.

Respondent No.13 has not filed the counter affidavit. Since the stipulated time stands expired, further opportunity is, therefore, declined.

For respondent Nos.8 and 9, notices have been received with the postal remarks "left". Petitioner now to take fresh steps to effect service, in addition, of providing the better particulars.

Petitioner-in-person has mentioned that better particulars have already been provided. Registry to verify and to issue notice accordingly. Request for exemption from providing the copy of the petition hereby accepted.

List again on 10.2.2016."

It is submitted that as directed above, service report has been received from Trial Court stating therein that service of notice is complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, 6, 7 and 10 to 12. Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has on 09.10.2015 filed counter affidavit without serving its copy to the counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and 13. Counsel for Respondent No. 13 has on 15.12.2015 filed counter affidavit. Mr. Gopal Singh, Advocate has on 01.10.2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance for Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 but not filed counter affidavit so far. Ad card duly signed by Respondent No. 5 has been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Show cause notice have been issued to Respondent Nos. 8 & 9 on fresh particulars on 04.12.2015 issued to Respondent Nos. 8 & 9 on fresh particulars on 04.12.2015 and the notice have been served upon Respondent Nos. 8 & 9 as per tracking report from India Post Office.

Service is complete.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
