"Opportunity for respondent no.1 in each of the SLPs herein to file counter affidavit has already been declined vide order dt.30.7.2015.

Names of proforma respondent nos. 5 to 39 in SLP(C) NO.34889/2014 and respondent nos. 5 to 42 in SLP(C) NO.34890/2014 have already been deleted vide order of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers dt.30.3.2015.

With respect to respondent nos. 2 to 4, ld. counsel for the petitioner still to file affidavit as proof of dasti service within four weeks time.

List again on 15.12.2015.."

It is submitted that respondent No. 1 in each SLP is represented through Mr. A. K. Tandale, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service so far. Names of proforma respondent nos 5 to 39 in SLP (C) No. 34889/14 and respondent nos. 5 to 42 in SLP (C) No.34890/14 have been deleted vide order dated 30.03.2015 of Hon'ble Judge ( In Chambers).

Service of show cause notice is not complete on common respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
