The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed an application for deletion of the names of respondent Nos.6, 12, 14, 16 and 20. The same has already been registered.

It is submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has on 27.07.2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of common Respondnet Nos. 2 & 4 in both the matters but the same is defective for the reason that he has not obtained 'No objection' from Ms. Anubha Agarwal, erstwhile Advocate for common Respondent Nos. 24 in both the matters.
It is further submitted that the connected matters are to be listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 20.11.2015.
The matters are listed before Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
