I.A.NO.19 OF 2012 IN SLP(C) NO.8230/2012

Respondent No. 1 is a proprietary concern and it is stated that Mr. Harish Chand Sood, the proprietor of respondent No.1 has died.

This application has been filed to bring his son Mr. Ranish Sood on record as the proprietor of respondent No.1. There is no objection to this application. The application is allowed accordingly.

I.A.NO.20 OF 2012 IN SLP(C) NO.8230/2012 There is no objection to the application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application. Delay condoned. I.A. NO.20 is disposed of accordingly.

I.A.NO.21 OF 2012 IN SLP(C) NO.8230/2012 This is an application for exemption from filing official translation. The application is allowed.
