UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
A statement has been made by Shri Tushar Mehta, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the State of Haryana that a decision has been taken to confer the same benefits to the petitioners and other landowners covered by the Section 4 Notification in question as has been given to other landowners.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by Shri Tushar Mehta, learned ASG we find no further live issue for adjudication in the present Special Leave Petitions. The Special Leave Petitions are accordingly closed. The amount due would be paid to the persons including the petitioners within a period of two months from today.
